This is to inform you that, due to nonpayment of a legal debt of $31 (US…not Australian), the following steps have been taken to insure that this grave breach of international law does not go unpunished:
1. As said offence took place in the state of Texas, a prominent former Governor of that state, now living in a white house in our nation’s capital, has been contacted through mutual acquaintances, and has agreed to initiate contact with one John (aka Johnny) Howard, a personal friend and confidant, to solicit his assistance in apprehending and bringing to justice one suspected international tourist presently touring the USA on a non-USA made, and seriously overloaded, bicycle. Said individual, with suspected links to international tourism preys on unsuspecting and freedom loving Americans by committing to share the cost of lodging with them, then using the old “The ATM is out of order” trick to escape his obligations.
2. Another prominent Texan, now Attorney General of the United States (as of March 21, 4:55 p.m.) has been contacted and has promised to withhold all, repeat all, US foreign aid to the Nation and Continent of Australia, until said debt is repaid by said individual; to include all relevant interest, fees, and other charges (presently at $3299.56 and counting)
Specifically, and in addition to his non-payment of said debt, said individual is presumed guilty of the following offenses:
Questioning the authority of the US president to wage war on Iraq, Iran, Korea, Panama, Vietnam, Tasmania or any other non-freedom loving country that he doesn’t like.
Aiding and abetting enemies of the US (and Australian) Government by praising Barak Obama.
Failing to use an orange or yellow flag attached to the back of his bicycle (there are witnesses to this brazen act of disrespect of international norms)
Repeatedly disparaging an elderly female Texas driver, and, on at least one occasion, wantonly attempting to be struck by said driver’s vehicle.
And various other crimes against humanity, to be added as they come to light.
Said individual is armed (2) and could be considered dangerous. His modus operandi is the use of an affected heavy Aussie accent (ala Crocodile Dundee, and Steve Irwin) to disarm freedom loving Americans and lull them into believing that all Australians support our efforts at bring freedom to non-Christians living in oil producing countries.
If you see this individual, do not attempt to stop him. Instead, contact the nearest Irish Pub or Starbucks and warn them of his imminent arrival.

I am impressed by your summation. Others in the human race (including co-patriots from Oz) have been afflicted by Sargeant Slaughter a.k.a. Jon…to think that you might have escaped with some sanity suggests that the US$31 (or thereabouts) was a small price to pay!

I suppose you’re right. My kids had to go on welfare, and my house is being repossessed , but I should recover that, and make a small fortune, with the 25% share Jon sold me of that new toll tunnel under Sydney harbour.
